Our advanced cleaning systems remove any debris while preserving the natural integrity of the nuts. They are then sorted by size to ensure even roasting.

The Double Roast

For our sunflower kernels, we've perfected a gentle roasting process that preserves Vitamin E while unlocking the seed's natural nutty flavor. Our double-roast technique locks in the healthy oils without destroying the delicate nutrients that make sunflower a superfood.

Seasoning

Immediately after roasting, we apply premium sea salt in precise amounts. The warm nuts absorb the seasoning perfectly, creating an even, balanced flavor.
