It all started with Moldova's rich sunflower heritage. Growing up surrounded by golden sunflower fields in the Moldavian countryside, we developed a deep respect for this powerful seed. Disappointed by the bland, over-processed sunflower kernels flooding the market, we decided to honor our agricultural roots by creating something authentic.
What began as a mission to bring back traditional sunflower kernel quality has grown into Happy Snack, a brand dedicated to showcasing Moldova's sunflower excellence. We believe that this humble seed—packed with Vitamin E, B1, and healthy fats—deserves to be celebrated, not just mass-produced.
Today, we work directly with Moldavian sunflower farmers who share our commitment to sustainable agriculture. Every sunflower kernel is hand-selected for size and flavor. While we've expanded to offer complementary roasted nuts, our heart remains with the sunflower—the seed that started it all.
